Our state of the art paint clean booth is housed in a dedicated 440 square foot room that is isolated from the rest of our facility. Even the smallest of particles can adversely affect the finishing process. Our paint clean booth is the solution. Your parts will be professionally finished and free of Foreign Object Damage (FOD). Whether you, or your customers, are in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices, life sciences, optics, aerospace or military, we understand the high standards that are required.

Quality Control

Over the last 39 years, IPC has built an extensive quality control program. Beginning with the first piece, and at each each step throughout the process, our careful inspection ensures the highest standard of quality. Applying the correct primers on all parts is a critical part of our process, and is carefully monitored. All finishes are applied to a variety of surfaces per each customer's individual specifications. Final inspection is completed and recorded using gloss meters, thickness gauges, and tape tests. These processes make is possible to consistently deliver quality products on-time or ahead of schedule.
